With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest WC, it’s ideal for families or groups of up to 10. The spacious garden features a sunbathing lawn, barbecue area, and a barn with table tennis, perfect for lazy afternoons or friendly competitions. Inside, the home is tastefully furnished with a mix of contemporary pieces and vintage accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. On clear days, enjoy sweeping views of the Bavarian Forest mountains right from your doorstep. The nearby town of Zenting (4 km) offers shops and dining, while the region is a haven for hiking, cycling, and winter sports. Explore the Bavarian Forest National Park, Zwiesel glassworks, or take day trips to Passau, Regensburg, Munich, or Salzburg. Don’t miss the Treetop Walk (35 km) or the culinary delights in Zenting and Schöfweg.
