Modern bright detached home just a short stroll from town
This bright and spacious three bedroomed detached holiday home is set within a 10 minute stroll of Kenmare town centre. Sleeping up to 5 people, this is the perfect place to enjoy your break to this wonderful south Kerry town.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils you will need to prepare any meals you decide you cook at home. The utility houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table to comfortably seat up to 6 people.
The living room is long and runs the length of the house with sliding doors offering views down towards Kenmare Bay. There are comfy couches, an open fire and a flat screen TV and wifi is available free of charge to all guests. There are lots of homely finishes throughout this house which really make it feel warm and welcoming.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is ensuite with shower. There is also a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a single bedroom. The main bathroom is also upstairs and has both a bath and a separate shower. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
There is a small garden to the rear with patio furniture. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the long summer evenings and the clear dark skies that Kerry is famous for. We look forward to welcoming you.
