A typical village house that we have lovingly restored for the comfort of guests who want to enjoy the tranquility and friendly people of an Andalusian village, as well as explore the city of Granada and its surroundings.

Enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue in a cool patio area, and the hiking trails that surround us. Sierra Nevada is 40 minutes away, and the Tropical Coast is 30 minutes away. WiFi, BBQ available.

The house is located at the top part of Nieves Street, offering spectacular views. It is on a corner, facing three streets, which gives it plenty of natural light and ensures that nothing can block it.

Village immersion

We felt like we were experiencing an authentic stay in a real neighborhood in a non-touristy village and we enjoyed just staying home and soaking up the sun and views from the patio.

Bon appartement très propre. La disposition est un peu étrange avec les pièces de vie à l’étage et les chambres en bas. Beaucoup de mouches (pas la faute de la propriétaire) mais nous avons souvent peu pu profiter de la terrasse à cause de ça. Niveau équipement parfait; peut être un aspirateur qui manquait pour faciliter le ménage. Internet OK. Belle vue de la cuisine

Hemos estado 5 noches en esta casa, la verdad es que al ser verano hemos disfrutado de la piscina, todo un acierto.La casa está situada en Padul, un pueblo que tiene de todo y bien situado para conocer la zona. La propietaria muy amable, todo son facilidades, muchas gracias Hermy. Recomendaremos la casa a nuestras amistades.

Casa acogedora y muy bien ubicada

Hemos viajado en familia y la estancia ha sido inmejorable, la casa es súper acogedora y limpia, está totalmente reformada cuidando cada detalle. Hemos disfrutado mucho de su terraza por la noche y de la piscina durante el día, es pequeña pero perfecta para refrescarse. Su ubicación es ideal si te gustan las rutas de montaña, cruzando la carretera que pasa por encima del pueblo se encuentra la ruta del padre Ferrer, algo dura por su altitud pero muy recomendable (más muchas otras por los alrededores de Padul), y a poco más de media hora en coche estás en las playas de Granada, playas que nos han sorprendido gratamente porque aunque sean de cantos rodados sus aguas son cristalinas. La comunicación con Hermy ha sido de 10, sin duda recomendaremos su casa y volveremos encantados.

Estancia muy tranquila y acogedora

Hemos estado genial ya que la casa es muy acogedora y tranquila. En la terraza se está muy relajado y su piscina, aunque un poco pequeña, es suficiente para refrescarse. El pueblo es bonito y para visitar Granada está 20 min. La propietaria muy atenta y amable.
