Second time at this location. The townhouse is beautiful and very convenient! Owners were extremely responsive when we had an issue with the dryer. Highly recommend!
The house is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay in the house, it is very big and very well arranged, very clean and the hosts are lovely. We will come back with pleasure, thank you very much !!!
This was the best place we stayed in Ireland. Equipped to a high standard. It is a great base for exploring the Connemara region and avoiding the hustle and bustle of Galway City. Clifden has all the amenities needed and lots of restaurants. The owner has Guys Bar which is one of the most pleasant pubs we have visited with outstanding food. We ate there three times.
This is a fantastic property! The location in the centre of Clifden, and less than half hour to lovely beaches or to the Connemara National Park is perfect. We had lots of weather but it didn't matter as there was lots nearby to discover and enjoy. The house was cosy and clean to chill out in and enjoy by night the fantastic music and food in any of many restaurants and bars in Clifden. Very comfy beds and lovely wood/peat briquette burning stove. Would highly recommend!! Many thanks!

The accommodation was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. It allowed us easy access to the restaurants and shops and served as a central location for all the places that we wanted to see in the Connemara region. We would highly recommend this place!
So wonderful to be able to stay in such a warm and inviting rental! The views of the bay outside of the living room were inviting. On days with liquid sunshine, the wood/turf stove provided immediate comfort and a sense of home. All rooms were spacious, the kitchen had all needed essentials required for dining, bathrooms were updated and spacious. The beds invites sleep nightly with softness and warmth on cool rainy nights. To be in the center of the town was an added bonus. We felt we belonged after being there for only a few days. The rental process was seamless and even met the owner in the local pub! This is my idea of the perfect vacation!
Coynes House is the perfect place to stay in Clifden. Great location in the town , rear balcony a suntrap(when it shone!) with views down to the harbour. Stylish decor and comfy beds. Paula attentive host. Have been visiting Clifden/Roundstone on and off last 28 years usually staying in Roundstone but def will return to Coynes
Fabulous place liked the extra touches like the flowers. Very comfortable beds and very clean.
