Enter the door on the street: open it with "HEMERAS-BOUTIQUE HOUSE" and then call 00393457225017 ( no one will answer to that, the call just open the door).
Once inside the building, go through the hall and exit into the first internal courtyard and at the bottom on the left is the glass door of staircase b ( ring "hemeras boutique house" and then call 00393457225017 ), go up the stairs to the 1st floor and the apartment door is the one immediately opposite. The keys are in the key box next to the apartment door, code: 4581
