The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.

In winter we have electric heaters that are fully adjustable in intensity and time. In the. summer we have modern fans adjustable in mode, intensity and time.

Located in a totally emblematic and beautiful building, with courtyard and wooden stairs, through these you will access the apartment as it does not have an elevator.

Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with more shops and cafes around Madrid, besides being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.

You have the Noviciado Metro Station, just 80 meters from the apartment. Another 100 meters away is the Metro Station Plaza de España and Santo Domingo with different connections.

We don't have an elevator, being an old building is protected by urban regulations and you have to use the stairs to access the apartment.
