What a great house! And what a great location, well above the heat of the plain of Bologna and yet within 30 minutes from town and 45 minutes from Florence. The house is furnished with great taste by Anna and Marco, who were ideal hosts. Don't miss the jar of wild fennel if you like cooking.

Great place. Wonderful hosts

The unit is very comfortable. Layout was very open. Plenty of space. Perfect! Kitchen was well furnished, way above average. Courtyard overlooked the valley with a wide view. Anna and Marco were both really nice and very helpful. Highly recommended! A+ Thanks for a great week.

Nice week in Monzuno!

We have had a nice holiday in the beautifull house of Marco and Anna. They are very friendly en helpfull. We have visited Bologna, San Marino / Rimini and Florence. At the Monte Sole (nearby) you can enjoy the nature: flowers, moutains, butterflies etc. This is also a historical World War 2 place. There are some nice restaurants and pizzeria's in the neighbourhood with good value for money.

très bel appartement dans un endroit calme.

Cet appartement est très propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. On ne pouvait pas espérer mieux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, toujours disponibles et aimables. Il est Idéalement situé, pour des balades en pleine nature. Le restaurant "Trattoria La Piazza" tout prêt, propose de très bons plats. La ville de Bologne à une trentaine de kilomètres est à voir. Et bien sûr la charmante ville de Florence (à 1H en Train). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Séjour calme et confortable avec panorama

Cet appartement au rez de chaussée d'une maison ancienne est très bien équipé et rénové avec goût par les propriétaires qui sont charmants et attentionnés. Son emplacement dans un parc naturel et proche d'une sortie de l'autoroute Bologne-Florence permet d'apprécier à la fois la nature et les visites culturelles. Sa situation en hauteur fait profiter d'une très belle vue depuis une grande terrasse et de la fraicheur en été. Dommage que la seconde chambre ne soit équipé que d'un lit individuel, l'appartement peut largement accueillir 4 personnes...

Met veel zorg en liefde ingericht appartement. Geheel gelijkvloers en van alle comfort voorzien. Ruime tuin met fraai uitzicht. Parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Geen hinder van naastgelegen weg. Eigenaars heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut aan te bevelen!

Außergewöhnliche, geschmackvolle Unterkunft

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt am Ortsrand des kleinen, ruhigen Örtchens Montorio und ist ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist der ehemalige Stall und sehr liebevoll restauriert. Darüber wohnen die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzer, die uns mit Obstschale, einer Flasche Wein und Wasser empfingen. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 min auf der Autobahn und in ca. 25-35 min. in Bologna. (je nach Anpassungsfähigkeit an den italienischen Fahrstil) Außerdem kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Emilia Romagna in max. 90-120 min. erreichen. Das Auto parkt man direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben bekommen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit Doppelbett und 1 mit Einzelbett. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, Waschbecken, WC und Bidet. Wohnraum und Küche sind 1 großer Raum. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, einen Wasserkocher, eine Espresso-Maschine (Nespresso), Herd und Kühlschrank. Geschirr, Besteck und alle sonst notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind ebenso vorhanden wie ein Vorrat an Gewürzen, Tee, Zucker, usw. Im Wohnbereich befinden sich ein Heizkörper (wie in allen anderen Räumen auch), ein automatischer Pelletofen und ein offener Kamin. In der kühleren Jahreszeit kann man sich an dem offenen Feuer des Kamins und an den Flammen des Pelletofens erfreuen. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich noch ein von einer netten italienischen Familie bewohntes Haus und ein noch zu renovierendes Haus. Beides ist in keinster Weise störend. Die Besitzer, Anna und Marco, sind sehr nette Leute, die alles (in sehr gutem englisch) erklären und bei jeder Frage sofort zur Stelle sind. Wir haben uns selten in einer Ferienwohnung so rundum wohl gefühlt wie in dieser und können diese zu 100% empfehlen.

It was a great pleasure to have had Grit and Gerrit as guests in our apartment and also the get to know them: they are very relaxed, friendly and polite people. You can feel immediately that they are experienced travellers who love to explore the beauty of the world. They threated the apartment as if it was their home, with great respect and pride, and left the house perfectly cleaned and tidy. Very reliable and easy to communicate with. We had immediately a good feeling as when you meet special and sensitive people. We highly reccomend them as the perfect guests and wish to see them again!

Logement idéalement situé, parfaitement équipé, chez des hôtes merveilleusement accueillants.

La description et les photos du site rendent bien compte du vaste espace et de l'équipement tout à fait complet du logement. Le style et le bon goût de l'aménagement sont encore plus évidents lorsqu'on y vit ! L'état de propreté à l'arrivée était impeccable dans ce logement qui est comme neuf. La vue sur les montagnes environnantes est splendide ! Les hôtes sont prévenants, attentifs et généreux. Ils ont répondu à tous nos besoins et à toutes nos demandes, et bien au-delà ! Le cadre est enchanteur au coeur d'une série de monts et de vallées de l'Apennin central qui a gardé un cachet d'authenticité, préservé par la rareté des touristes. Ballades (beaucoup de GR) et lieux d'intérêt sont réjouissants. Activités culturelles (rochetta mattei, musée étrusque, Grizzana Morandi, Monte Sole) sont au rendez-vous. Avec le fameux restaurant La Piazza (à 50 m de la maison !) où beaucoup viennent de Bologne en raison de l'imbattable rapport qualité/prix de la cuisine qui y est servie. Rarement il nous a été donné de vivre une expérience de location aussi privilégiée et réjouissante. Merci à nos hôtes ! À recommander sans modération ni réserve !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage mit großem Garten und toller Ausstattung

Anna und Marco waren tolle Gastgeber, die uns (junges Paar) mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Da wir an einem Sonntag ankamen, fanden wir einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank vor. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Trotzdem Anna und Marco die Wohnung über der Ferienwohnung bewohnen, haben wir einen traumhaft ruhigen Urlaub genießen können. Auf dem Grundstück liegt noch ein weiteres Haus, das von einer netten unaufdringlichen italienischen Familie bewohnt wird sowie ein Rohbau (für wahrscheinlich ein weiteres Wohnhaus), an dem allerdings nicht gebaut wurde. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über alles, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es ist hübsch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider liegt die Ferienwohnung in einem sehr kleinen Dorf, sodass wir zum nächsten Punto/Supermarkt und Bar in den nächstgrößeren Ort (Rioveggio) fahren mussten. Die Abgeschiedenheit war aber auch Garant für erholsame Ruhe, in der das Zirpen der Grillen den Rhythmus vorgegeben haben. ;-) Vom Garten erhebt sich ein majestätisches Blick über hügeliges Land, einfach traumhaft. Auch die Nähe nach Bologna (ca. 30 Minuten) und Florenz (ca. 45 Minuten) sind gute Argumente für einen Urlaub in der südlichen Emilia-Romagna.

Superbe maison

Le séjour que nous avons passé dans cette maison a été vraiment superbe.Maison très bien aménagé,literie de très bonne qualité, cuisine bien agencé et propreté impeccable,propriétaire très accueillant et très serviable, superbe jardin privatif pour l'appartement avec une vue très reposante sur la campagne et les collines. Plusieurs possibilité de restaurants dans les environs et supermarché avec un grand choix de produits à la ville Rioveggio. Si vous recherchez un endroit calme proche de Florence (45 minutes)ou de Bologne (30 minutes) c'est l'endroit rêvé . C'est volontiers que nous reviendrons chez vous merci pour tout. Superbe séjour

Superbe appartement avec terrasse privative, l'aménagement de l'appartement est fait avec goût.Literie de grande qualité,salle de bain avec machine a lessive, cuisine bien équipée.
