Casa di Pietra means stone house in Italian, and it’s truly the most suitable name: a beautiful stone villa of exquisite luxury with a spectacular swimming pool, a few minutes’ drive away from Zante Town and the resort of Tsilivi.

Casa di Pietra measures 160 square meters and sleeps up to 8 guests with ease.

When you enter the villa, you find a living room, a dining area, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double - you will most certainly admire the wonderful combination of stone and wood with modern amenities.

The first floor features three more bedrooms, one has two single beds that can be combined into a double, one a queen-sized bed and one a king-size bed. Every bedroom on this floor has a private, en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Is it time to step outside and relax under the sun? Perfect – there will you find a private heated swimming pool with a whirlpool function, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. A built BBQ and an oven offer you many culinary possibilities, that can be savored in the outdoors dining area. The fenced area guarantees your privacy while you enjoy the relaxing view of the mountain and the Zakynthos plains.

-The pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge of 30 euros/day. A 2-3 day notice is required.
