Le Mas des Oiseaux includes a ground floor with recent super equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Senseo, percolator, small appliances), living room, large veranda + terrace facing south, two bedrooms double, a separate toilet and a bathroom (bath / shower, two sinks). Terrace of more than 150 m² around the house. Children's playground (module with swing and slide, trampoline) on a plot of nearly 80 ares in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end.
Large library available.
Unheated swimming pool in closed and secure enclosure with polo house (summer kitchen, shower, WC).

Sleeps: 4 in two bedrooms (2 double or 1 double and 1 to 2 single beds) with bedding available.
Children's bed (sheets not provided).
One bedroom with LCD TV (TNT).

Très belle propriété, au calme, avec une piscine agréable, le tout au charme provençal, très belles routes pour les motos, très grand emplacement pour les véhicules à l'abri des regards. Nous sommes partants pour un prochain séjour.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gut für bis zu 4 Personen. Man ist ziemlich ungestört. Aups ist sehr schön liegt sehr zentral in der Provence, so dass man die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden kann. Die Agentur vor Ort war sehr gut. Leider stimmte das Inserat nicht ganz. Es wurde ein Grill als Ausstattungsmerkmal aufgeführt. Leider kann dieser Grill in der Hauptsaison vom 01.06. - 30.09. wegen der hohen Waldbrandgefahr nicht genutzt werden,. Bei den aufgeführten Schlafzimmern wurde meiner Meinung nach dreimal der gleiche Raum mit unterschiedlichen Möbeln abgebildet, aber nicht die tatsächliche 5 Schlafräume.

Superbe maison de campagne avec piscine

Cette maison est très très agréable. A proximité de AUPS elle permet de rayonner dans le Verdon. Sa tranquillité vis à vis du voisinage, son jardin, sa terrasse font de cette propriété un vrai bonheur pour les vacances. Merci au propiétaire de la mettre en location avec tous les équipements.
