Las escaleras de acceso muy antiguas y muy empinadas ( es un tercero). El piso no tenía aire acondicionado. Las puertas de la cocina y una habitación estaban rotas o no cerraban ( había que mover la cama para poder cerrar la puerta).No había nada de cortesía (café, agua, tés…etc). Los vecinos del primero nos acusaron de tirar colillas por el patio. Cero intimidad con los vecinos de en frente. Lo mejor la ubicación.

El apartamento es un ático, abuhardillado, para mi gusto un poco claustrofóbico porque todas las ventanas son interiores, con lo que no corre ningún aire, se pasa calor.En cuanto a los ruidos; desde las 8 de la mañana hay ruidos de los vecinos que no están de vacaciones y hacen su vida normal: llanto de un niño, gritos de un padre, ladridos de un perro, lavado de platos... con lo que te despiertan pronto.El registro de entrada en un primer momento difícil por la comunicación pero luego se solucionó.Las instalaciones de la cocina muy normalitas. No hay lavavajillas, ni lavadora, la nevera es antigua, pero todo bastante pasable.

Un apartamento que esta muy bien en una ubicación estupenda de Villaviciosa con todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes cerca y con la tranquilidad para descansar. Falta de wifi

Buena ubicación, muchas escaleras

En general, hemos tenido muy buena estancia en Villaviciosa. El apartamento es tal y cómo aparece en la fotos, y bien surtido de (casi) todo lo que puedas necesitar: cacharros de cocina, platos, vasos, tazas, jabones. Tiene horno, microondas etc. Cuando hice la reserva, a penas había información en VRBO y aunque mandé un mensaje, hasta el día antes de viajar no recibí respuestas a mi pregunta sobre si había ascensor o ventiladores: no hay, y son casi 60 escalones, así que si tienes algún problema de movilidad, como mis padres, no es ideal. Sin embargo, cuando contacté a los gestores por el teléfono que me mandaron en el correo de confirmación, la respuesta fue rápida y atenta. Es un ático y no tiene aire acondicionado, así que si viajas época de calor, viene bien un ventilator, sobre todo en uno de los dormitorios, que no tiene ventanas a la calle. La sitituación del apartamento en pleno centro de Villaviciosa es perfecta, y aunque el apartamento no incluye parking privado, hay muchos sitios en las calles cercanas y parking público a 5 minutos, e incluso en pleno agosto no tuvimos ningún problema.
