VILLA FENICE is a beautiful Villa nestled on a hill that dominates and overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare, with a breathtaking panoramic view.
Villa Fenice is a place to spend a relaxing holiday, but without giving up the nightlife, going a few minutes to the Baglio di Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo.
From the Villa it is possible to reach the most enchanting places of considerable tourist importance.
In fact, 4 km away. away we find the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, fascinating and appreciated "Baia di Guidaloca", the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tunara di Scopello" and its particular "Borgo di Scopello". Still 2km away. further on, you can reach the beautiful “Riserva Naturale Orienteta dello Zingaro” with its many natural bays.
But just 1 kilometer from the Villa, we find the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic Granary in Italy "Granaio Islamico Aghadir", nestled on the hill behind the Villa.
A few km away. there are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bars, with ATMs.
The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning.
We find 3 complete bathrooms and 1 shower in the garden.

In the garden we find a 10 meter swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a Mediterranean garden with various areas and 2 hammocks to relax while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Gulf, where you can enjoy a fascinating dawn and dusk.
The Villa is rented in total exclusivity and is located in a property of approximately 5,000 square meters fenced and equipped with a private gate and for this reason a lot of privacy is guaranteed, in fact the other villas are distant and there is no view that could disturb the guests .
Inside the property we have a part to park cars, a large veranda terrace of 70 m2. with a bamboo cane roof, which overlooks the panoramic view, from which you have a view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare from Palermo airport to the Guidaloca Bay of Scopello.
Inside the veranda / terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with a large table and chairs, a living room complete with soft cushions, then plenty of space with chairs to enjoy the view, a further hammock for peaceful relaxation to rest with the sea view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare.
Near the pool we find the BBQ area and an outdoor shower serving the pool.
Then we find a large solarium with sun loungers.
Near the swimming pool we find a Jacuzzi, with its small solarium.
Spaces in the garden for a relaxing walk.
Still 10km away. we find the thermal and natural sulphurous water source "Terme Segestane" and the establishment with thermal water and mud swimming pool.
In the surrounding area we still find the "Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theater of Segesta", the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte".
The nearby city of Alcamo with its large beaches "Alcamo Marina" and its "Castle of the Counts of Modica" and the "Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve" with its "Saracena Tower" on top and its very ancient old "Funtanazza" fountain that dates back to the Middle Ages.
Half an hour's drive away, we find the famous beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the beauties of Erice, the extraordinary Saline of Trapani, the Stagnone Nature Reserve with the island of Mothia and the Punic Ship of Marsala with its places tasting of Trapani wines.
While 45 minutes away by car we find the large city of Palermo, with nearby Monreale and many other points of tourist interest.
- The pool will be cleaned 2 times a week including water quality control, at no additional cost.
- It is possible to smoke in the large external areas of the villa.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms and in the internal parts of the villa.
- It is forbidden to host people who are not part of the reservation.
By prior agreement with the owners, people outside the reservation may be accepted, even for a single day without an overnight stay, paying an additional supplement of €35 per person per day.
In the villa you can request other services by paying supplements.
OPTIONAL EXTRA EXPENSES.
- If you wish to have heating with radiators, rather than electric heat pumps, during the winter months from December to March, you must ask the owners for availability by paying a supplement of €20 per day.
- The bath/shower towels (white) present in each room cannot be used for the swimming pool and the beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, you can rent them at a cost of €5 per towel for your entire stay.
- For an early check-in, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa.
- For a late check-out, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa.
- To have a baby cot, ask for availability, a supplement of €100 will be requested for the entire stay.
- To have a high chair for a child, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be required for the entire stay.
- For each request for extra change of towels and sheets during the stay (supply only, without placing the beds), a supplement of €15 per person will be required.
- For any request for extra cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms during your stay, ask for the availability of external staff to carry it out, a supplement of €200 will be requested.
