Terrace apartment on two levels

The Martina Apartment House offers four terraced apartments on two floors with family bedrooms in a separate building on the property.

The apartments are all newly renovated and furnished with light-colored furniture. Fly screens are provided in each apartment. The floors are all vinyl and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.

The ground floor features an open-plan living-dining area with access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with the following: a tea towel, electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and kettle. Cleaning supplies or food items such as dishwashing detergent, tablets, dishcloths, sugar, etc. are not included.

There is also a wall-mounted folding bed on the ground floor for a fifth person, or if you are only traveling as a couple and would like to sleep separately.

On the terrace, there is a large table with four chairs, two sun loungers, and a parasol.

The kitchen is equipped with a tea towel, electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and kettle. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find the family bedroom with a double bed and two separate single beds. The beds have no footboard, making them suitable for taller guests. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom is equipped with towels, soap, a hairdryer, a vanity mirror, and a heater. The toilet is separate, and toilet paper is provided.

On hot days, air conditioning can be booked for an additional charge.

Amenities include a lockable bike storage room.

For younger guests, there's a small playground in the courtyard, and for warm evenings, a barbecue grill is available in the garden. The family-run winery's own wines are also available.

A travel cot can be provided free of charge for children under 2 years of age. A highchair is available.
