Very convenient location (Whole Foods next block, walking distance to the Brickell City Center, 10-15 minutes ride to the South beach or Biscayne beach, Super popular restaurants are around the corner, Metromover (free public transportation) is minutes away). For the comfort and safety of all tenants building requires background check (100$ fee paid directly to the Building management, application is filled online and takes about 5 business days to clear )
