Deze vakantievilla met een leefoppervlakte van bijna 300m2 heeft een grote omheinde tuin en beschikt over fijne wellness faciliteiten. Ook is er een bar/café voor de volwassenen terwijl de kinderen zich uitleven op het grote speeltoestel met klimopties en trampoline. In het vakantiehuis is ruimte voor maar liefst 12 volwassenen. Er kunnen eventueel nog 2 kinderbedjes tot 3 jaar extra geplaatst worden. Het is dan ook een ideale groepsaccommodatie voor bijvoorbeeld 2 gezinnen of een familie. Het vakantiehuis is voorzien van 5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers (met douche en toilet), een flatscreen-tv, een eethoek, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een terras met uitzicht op de tuin. Dit vakantiehuis heeft een privé tuin, wellnessgebouw met infraroodcabine, tuinbar, barbecuefaciliteiten, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeergelegenheid. U logeert aan de rand van een klein gehuchtje Zondereigen met nog een echt dorpscafé bijhorend aan de gemeente Baarle-Hertog waardoor u zich midden in een groot gebied met wandel- en fietsroutes bevind. Fietsenstalling voorzien & mogelijkheid fietsen te huren. Alle bedden zijn opgemaakt & bad- en keukenhanddoeken zijn voorzien. Wij willen de gasten een volledig verblijf aanbieden met luxe en rust.

Beautiful home, perfectly suited for family and friends

House was well equipped, super clean and with 4 bed- and bathrooms it is a great stay. The garden is fantastic and neighborhood is also great: close to city center, forests, Beekse Bergen and we also went to Efteling. Owners are friendly people!

Amazing

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything you need in order to cook and had plenty of space for 10-12 people. The hosts are very kind and responsive :) they also provide some maps of the available trails around the area. P.S: There was no soap or shower gel, not a big issue but it would have been nice to know this information before getting to the house.

It's nice to read that you were so satisfied with the stay and communication. We think it is very important that we can offer our guests the most complete stay possible where you can enjoy and nothing is short of. As for providing soap or shower gel, we have chosen to provide only hand soap to the toilet on the ground floor. Shower gel or shampoos are extremely personal and the choice of a suitable soap has to do with your skin- or hair type whether or not allergies are taken into account, which is why guests have to provide this themselves. When formatting our advertisement on the VRBO- site, we have the choice whether or not to offer this clearly not checked in the services offered.

Het is een prachtig huis en heel mooi gedecoreerd. Het is een warm huis, maar het ontbreekt aan een warm welkom. De eigenaresse is heel zakelijk.

Zo vonden we het fijn dat we u vooraf de gevraagde rondleiding konden geven en dat we, ondanks onze drukke planning tijdens de feestdagen, uw verblijf last-minute konden verlengen voor een late check-out. Ook de uitzondering voor het vuurwerk op straat en het opruimen daarvan deden we graag om uw eindejaarsviering compleet te maken. Uns empfing ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Alles war schön weihnachtlich dekoriert, denn wir verbrachten mit der Großfamilie die Weihnachtswoche hier in diesem Objekt. Es gab genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sofas, einen großen Esstisch in einer schönen Ess-Küche und die Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt und es war ein Weihnachten fast wie zu Hause. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter.

moeilijke start; de sleutel was niet voorradig;

Het huis was groot en netjes, de huisregels waren duidelijk. Het zwembad was vervangen door kunstgazon, bij de boeking stond er nog een foto met zwembad, ze hebben ons niet op de hoogte gebracht wat een tegenvaller was, het was mooi weer en de kleinkinderen keken er naar uit!!!

Beste Magda, Het was inderdaad jammer dat de vorige gasten de sleutel niet terug in het sleutelkluisje geplaatst hadden. Wij hebben direct iemand naar de woning gestuurd om u binnen te laten na melding waardoor u eventjes hebt moeten wachten. Hiervoor hebben wij meermaals onze excuses aangeboden. Wij vragen alle gasten om de sleutel netjes terug te plaatsen bij vertrek. Helaas was dit die dag niet gebeurt. U spreekt over een zwembad. Wij hebben nooit een zwembad gehad! Het kunstgras werd gelegd op de plaats waar vroeger enkel gazon lag. In de boeking staat ook helemaal geen zwembad vermeld. U hebt ondanks het contact tijdens het verblijf ook niet gemeld dat u een zwembad miste anders had ik aan u kunnen melden dat wij nooit een zwembad hebben gehad laat staan mee verhuren. Wij hopen dat u een fijn verblijf hebt gehad en heten u graag opnieuw van harte welkom. Met vriendelijke groeten Leentje
