Welcome to our modern Luxury Villa Monroe with Pool near Pula, the biggest city in Istra. This beautiful 4-star mansion has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and can accommodate6persons.
The beautiful house spreads over two floors. On the ground floor, the guests can find an open-concept living and dining area as well as a richly equipped kitchen.
Elegant gray colors make the space feel inviting and are contrasted by a turquoise-blue sofa. From here you can enjoy the undisturbed view of the surrounding greenery and olive trees.
Take one step outside and you will find yourself in a lovely outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. A perfect place for family and friends gatherings.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms on the first floor. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
