A little gem in the central part of Edinburgh where small details create great experiences. Discover the city easily from a thoughtfully designed apartment. A bit Scandinavian, a touch of Japonism, and a charming Parisian chic in a lived-in local neighbourhood.
Scottish outside, cosmopolitan inside ;)
The flat offers two sleeping areas exactly as shown in the photos — no staging and no hidden layout.
The master sleeping area features a king-size floor mattress (160×200 cm) and is part of an open-plan design, ideal for couples. Bright, spacious, guest-approved, cozy sleeping spot with a Klimt accent and some minimalism.
The small bedroom has a single floor mattress (130×190 cm), green botanical tones, small and intimate, ideal for a child over 6. Oh… and two tiny wooden elephants… they live here, please do not touch them ;)
This room has a door and offers full privacy.
The bathroom is modern-industrial with some artistic touch. Floor-heated, heated towel rail, standing shower for a perfect morning routine.
The fully equipped kitchen includes induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with drying programme and a fridge, plus a bar-style counter for easy meals.
The living room blends Nordic calm with Matisse colour notes, books and the coziest bean bag reading spot.
