Super Lage, sauber, gute Ausstattung, nette Vermieter, einfach top!

Top Lage für Wanderausflüge (z.B. Klettersteige), Felsklettern oder Windsurfen. Direkt daneben gibt es einen Supermarkt, oder in 5 min ist mit dem Auto zb ein Lidl erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine große und saubere Wohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse, mit Blick zum Pool. Toll fanden wir auch die kostenlose Fahrräder-Ausleihe und kostenlose Waschmaschinen-Nutzung. Die Küche war relativ neu und gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch gut für 4-6 Personen kochen konnte (das bei vielen italienischen Ferienwohnungen nicht möglich ist). Direkt neben den Ferienwohnungen ist zudem ein Restaurant, zu welchem wir gleich am ersten Abend hin sind. Eine rund um Top-Ferienwohnung. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Schöne , zentrale Unterkunft

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Baden am See, alles ohne Auto. Die Wohnung ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder!

Saubere ruhige Zentrale Wohnung

Ich habe die Wohnung jetzt schon zwei mal gemietet und war jedes Mal angetan von der Zentralen Lage am Hafen von Riva. Die Wohnung ist sauber und der kleine Balkon ist optimal um abends in Ruhe abzuschalten. Ich werde sie jederzeit wieder buchen und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

gepflegte Anlage, nette Vermieter und sehr angenehme Lage.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht, was sich u.a. in der gepflegten Anlage wiederspiegelt. Ausreichend Parkplätze und Platz direkt am Haus, was in Riva keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. See ca. 5 Minuten, Riva Altstadt 10 - 15 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan, sehr guter Radverleih (hochwertige Ebikes, Gravelbikes, etc.) im gleichen Gebäude, sehr gutes Restaurant Villa Aranci auch im gleichen Gebäude, echt super!!! Dabei fühlt man das sich nicht gestört. Restaurant und Radverleih liegen an der Straßenseite, Ferienwohnungen, Parkplatz, Pool etc liegt auf der Rückseite! Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

Fin og ren lille loftlejlighed i centrum

Denne lejlighed er et fint tilbagetrukket sted i byens centrum. Stedet er rent, simpelt og har gode senge og en lille indre altan. Eneste minus er de lave loftvinduer der ikke giver meget udsyn.
