This was the perfect launching pad for our adventures around Lake Garda and north into the Dolomites. It’s so close to the old centre but not “in” the old town you get the best of both worlds…quiet when you need it but a very short pleasant walk to the action in the evening. Elena was an extremely nice and accommodating host. Thanks Elena!!

Lovely apartment in nice neighborhood

Had a great stay in Riva at Elena's apartment. She was very hospitable and helpful and even drove us to the bus station at the end of our stay. The apartment is very clean with plenty of room, and it's within walking distance to the historic center and a few grocery stores. I would stay here again. Thank you Elena!

Great location and very friendly host with a lot of useful tips. Low budget furnishings and equipment. 40 euro cleaning fee charged extra but floor was not really clean. This was disappointing.

Appartamento luminoso e spazioso. Pulitissimo e funzionale. Asciugamani e lenzuola già presenti in loco, quindi molto comodo! Il centro di Riva, è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.Proprietaria davvero disponibile e gentile,Sono stati dei bei giorni di vacanza. Super consigliato! Heel fijn. Prachtige omgeving. Wel aan te raden om hier te verblijven met een auto. Schone handdoeken werden niet elke dag neergelegd. Moest om gevraagd worden, het enige minpuntje. Elena is heel vriendelijk en we werden verwend met fruit uit eigen tuin en zelf gemaakte tiramisu. Rustige omgeving, zeker een aanrader. Zonder auto zou ik de volgende keer een andere locatie kiezen

Großes Apartment in toller Location

Sehr geräumiges Apartment, fußläufige Nähe zur Innenstadt, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die im Haus wohnt und für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Bequeme Betten. Mobiliar wirkt zusammen gewürfelt, nicht besonders up-to-date.

Die FeWo ist geräumig, hell, sauber und gut gelegen. Elena und ihre Familie waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und fehlten uns in der Küche ein paar Utensilien, die wir erwartet hatten. Insgesamt aber ein wirklich schöner Ort, um Ferien zu machen.

Leider keine ruhige Lage

An sich liegt das Apartment in einer ruhigen Ecke von Riva, allerdings gibt es gerade eine Baustelle auf dem Grundstück des Apartments, weswegen man jeden Morgen von Baulärm geweckt wird. Außerdem verlangt die Vermieterin 40 Euro extra für die Endreinigung, von denen nichts im Inserat steht. Schade!

Großzügige Zimmer, Küche mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Klimaanlage war wie angegeben nicht dabei. Also tagsüber abdunkeln und über Nacht lüften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herzlich willkommen geheißen

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Sie liegt sehr ruhig (besonders genossen haben wir den Blick In den Garten am Abend vom Balkon aus) und doch ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Elena und ihre Familie wohnen im selben Haus und sind immer ansprechbar.

Mieszanie nad Gardą ze słodką niespodzianką.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, duże i komfortowe. Położone w cichej okolicy, blisko centrum. Gospodyni Elena jest bardzo miłą, komunikatywną i pomocną osobą. Zapewniła nam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce, jako bazę wypadową dla miłośników wspinaczki jak i dla amatorów plażowania nad jeziorem.

Die Hausnummer hat auf der homepage gefehlt. Daher war das Haus von alleine schwer zu finden, da es sehr versteckt liegt.
