Hus på landet i herrgårdsmiljö med historiska vingslag
Tre dubbelrum och tre små enkelrum samt två badrum.

Huset ligger intill en lugn sjö med klart vatten, i en lugn herrgårdsmiljö. Privat brygga, tennisbana, roddbåt, finns inom 100 meter från huset.

Sjön med det kristallklara vattnet intill huset bjuder på fantastiska bad från den privata bryggan och riktigt bra fiske på främst aborre och gädda. Eller varför inte en roddtur?

På herrgårdsområdet finns en privat tennisbana som disponeras fritt. De intilliggande markerna bjuder på fina promenader eller cykelturer på enskilda vägar och stigar bland historiska ruiner från forntida järnbruk. Här kan du verkligen koppla av eller motionera i lugn och ro och kanske ser du en älg eller tjäder under utflykten i skogen?

Huset passar perfekt för en familj, eller ett sällskap av flera par, som vill njuta av en historisk, fantastisk och lugn miljö i naturen.

Traditional house in a pretty setting

Very pretty, spacious house. Very clean. Had the grounds/lake all to ourselves which was great. Host very responsive and helpful. Ludvika closest town has the necessary amenities but nothing more.

Sommeridylle

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Parkvillan. Zwei ruhige, erholsame Wochen weitab vom Trubel des Alltags. Im Haus hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Die Natur hat uns besonders begeistert, insbesondere auch der Wanderweg in der Nähe, auf dem man die Überreste des Bergbaus sehen konnte. Empfehenswert ist Lunchbuffet in Ludvika, Carl Larssons Haus in Sundborn mit einer tollen Führung und Leksands Knäckbrotfabrik in Leksand. Gut erholt sind wir wieder nach hause gefahren.

Wir waren nach 2022 zum zweiten Mal auf Peders traumhaften Anwesen. Besonders genossen haben wir die unmittelbare Nähe zum See, die Ruhe, die herrliche Natur und das typisch schwedische Flair des gesamten Areals. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt.

Fantastisch

Het is een prachtig huis en een geweldige locatie. Rust, ruimte, eigen meer met botenhuis en 2 bootjes, tennisbaan, trampoline en een enorm bos, Contact met de eigenaar is ook gewoon echt super. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het plaatsje Ludvika trok ons iets minder maar er zijn genoeg supermarkten en restaurantjes. Verder een geweldig verblijf gehad en een aanrader voor mensen die rust en ruimte zoeken!

Huset hör till den intilliggande herrgården, Schisshyttan, som ägs av Starbo Bruk tillsammans med all intilliggande skogsmark och sjöar. Området har en lång stor historia då järn- och skogsbruk har bedrivits här i flera hundra år. Denna historia är vi idag noga med att bevara, genom att hålla området i bra skick.

Why they chose this property

Det fina huset med den vackra omgivningen i herrgårdsmiljön betyder mycket för oss. Det som gjorde platsen unik för oss är även den storslagna naturen som är full av historiska inslag från forntida järnbruk.

What makes this property unique

Här bor du helt privat, ostört och bekvämt i en fantastisk historisk miljö med möjlighet till många aktiviteter. Allt ifrån lugna skogspromenader i den storslagna naturen till fantastiska bad och fiskemöjligheter i den intilliggande sjön där man också är ensam.
