About this property
Villa Graziella Positano " A Piece Of Paradise"
"Truly a Piece of Paradise" As a world traveled guest replied when asked on his first morning on the Villa veranda over looking the Li Galli Islands and the vivid blue Tyrrhenian Sea, what are your thoughts? He replied "This is the best and most beautiful morning of my life"
Villa Graziella had its beginnings over 1 century ago, when Lucia Casola and Cristoforo Antonio Guida lived in the original house that still sits on the mountainside below the current Villa. The Villa estate has stayed within the family, in 1974 Graziella Guida and Don Luigi Apostolico built the current Villa Graziella which is operated by Clementina Apostolico and Aurelio Buonocore. Villa Graziella was a family Villa for a century when it was renovated and opened to guests from all over the world in 2012.
Guests who stay at Villa Graziella will experience some of the worlds most spectacular views. It encompasses it all! The Villa simultaneously overlooks the vertical City of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea , of which the Tyrrhenian Sea is a part of, and the Li Galli Islands once owned by the famous Russian Ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev. The vivid deep blue sea and shades of green will be a lasting picture in your mind for eternity. You have it all in one place at the Villa. The Villa provides close access to the best restaurants, local bakeries, cafes, shops, beaches and attractions. A five minute walk and you are at the famous Path of the gods.
The Villa provides you quick and easy access to the excitement of the bustling City of Positano but allows you to retreat to the peace and quiet and beauty of this mountain paradise. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. The Villa sits on expansive acreage built on three levels, the residence level of 5400 sq. ft, the solarium, jacuzzi level and the vast garden level.
As you stroll on the garden level you will be among rows of fruit trees, lemon, grapefruit, orange, fig, nut and olive trees. The garden produces berries of all kinds.
The Solarium level is for the Sunbathing enthusiast with lounge chairs, umbrellas and a grand jacuzzi.
The Villa provides so many options for transport. You want to go the the center or beach level? Just outside the gates of the Villa is the bus stop, the bus runs hourly to and from the Villa, also there are many taxi services available and for the exercise oriented hiker type just outside the gates are steps you can take all the way to the center or beach levels. That walk has some incredible views. A city with an incredible history and culture to explore, the many grottos, caves, and the history of centuries. At sea level besides the beautiful vivid crystal clean waters you can also access a Ferry to the Storied Isle of Capri. In Ancient times the Isle of Capri was the vacation home of the notorious Roman Rules Tiberius and Augustus. To the South of Positano you'll visit the cities of Praiano, Amalfi, Ravello and Salerno and to the North you'll visit Vico Equense and the famous legendary city of Sorrento. The Villa is positioned to be dead center for either direction you travel and a great base to operate from.
At the Villa you will have access to the entire estate unlike your typical hotel.
The Villa is made up of 4 Very Spacious Master Suites each with its own Master Bathroom.

About the host
Hosted by Clementina

Hello, my name is Clementina and I welcome you to Villa Graziella.
I'm a biologist by education having received my education at Naples University. I have dedicated my life to my family, my dear husband, our three children and my father, and to the family business that being Villa Graziella.
Villa Graziella means a lot to me. It's the home where I grew up in.
It was a vision of my dear mother 30 years ago. After we lost mum we name the Villa after her. My father and I worked together, I was just 15 years old when I helped my father literally draw the layout and design for what became the family home.
Architecture, Design and Culinary Arts are my passions.
After mum past away my husband and I decided to restore the house and make many improvements.
We wanted it to be just perfect and share it with the world, it is truly a special place and truly "A Piece of Paradise".
