3 Bedroom (including sofa sleeper), 2 Bath home with plenty of room for relaxing, hanging out, dining, or conversation. Full kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 patios, game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, croquet, corn hole, badminton... If card or board games is your game of choice, we have complete 6' poker table, plus a cabinet full of variety of games. There is a gas bbq grill for those who like to grill. Down by the canal, we have a fire pit and a 20' fishing pier/boat dock. Granbury Square is just minutes away for shopping and site seeing. Fresh and Clean and ready for You!

The house was the absolute BEST thing about our visit! I rate the property a 5 out of 5 stars. The home is lovely and very comfortable. We loved the canal and the views and the privacy and quiet of this wonderful neighborhood. Scott and Vanessa were so very kind and it was great that they checked in with us and made sure we were doing well. Thank you for sharing this house with us, it had all the comforts of home! Vanessa and Scott have thought of everything their renters may need.

Holy mackerel this place was awesome it was everything thy advertised about and more. It was the wife's birthday so I did all the planning and finding the location so was a bit nerves about the hole thing but it was great. The attichen thy give to detail was incredible and the place was decorated extremely will. Long story short i will definitely be back.

The Best Granbury getaway

The "Crow's Nest" was wonderful. We stay at rentals all the time. This was the best stocked house of all. It had everything. The kitchen had more stuff than home. Anything you could want to cook and enjoy your stay. A full air conditioned game room complete with pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball and then some. Enjoying the lake is easy with kayaks, life jackets, floats and more. Beds are comfortable and TVs in every room. Perfect for a family stay or just friends. I would stay here again.

Such good JuJu!

My group of writer friends have stayed at the Crow's Nest so many times that we've lost count. We love this for a writing retreat weekend. So cozy, perfect for spreading out, yet coming together. And, Scott and Venessa are the perfect hosts. We always book our next visit before we leave from the current one!

We've stayed at The Crow's Nest many times and love it every single time we're there. The owners are simply wonderful people, they are very communicative and take really good care of us. Great property on the water

This house is amazing, there is such much detail put into this house to make your stay so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed (and labeled!) kitchen and absolutely loved the back porch and dock area. 100% will be staying here again!

Home away from home

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The hosts have everything there you could possibly want or need at the house. The house is laid out so nicely and she has every detail decorated so cute. My kids spent hours playing cards, pool, games, ping pong, kayaking, fishing, etc. We caught catfish and carp off the pier. The hosts are more than accommodating, even for left behind items. It's a great place to stay, and we look forward to our next visit!

Stayed at this location for about one month. Listing described property to a tee. Plenty of games to stay busy during free time. Owners were great to work with. They ensured we were comfortable and kept the drinking water stocked. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Getaway for Friends and Family

The property was relaxing and peaceful. The hosts were super gracious, even supplying extra cosmetics in case you forgot something. It was a very welcoming place where you could just sit on the patio and relax, enjoy a game of pool in their game room, go tubing/kayaking or fish off their dock (my husband caught several catfish and one crappy). Our 17 month old son had a blast as well! Definitely a place we would like to visit again.

Perfection

This was our second stay and this home is even better than we remembered it. It is so comfortable. Every detail was thought through. We feel so at home here. Plenty to keep you busy should you have any downtime. Our kids love going to the dock and the game room. We love the cleanliness, the at home feel, and the fact that the house is so well stocked.

The home and stay was one of the most memorable and amazing stays we could have had with our family it was the perfect Spring Break. The Home exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for our stay. Scott and Venessa Brown were amazing Host and answered every question we needed answered.
