Hi Beate, we are glad that your vacation went smoothly.
Regarding the terrace, there are both an outdoor table and chairs on the upper floor, so I am not quite sure what you are referring to.
We noticed that a lot of towels and sheets were taken from a closet with supplies reserved for other guests, despite the fact that you were left with enough sheets and several sets of towels, and despite the fact that there is both a washer and dryer in the apartment.
This left us with a mountain of things to wash and little time, having new guests the same day you left. It would have been polite to at least ask.
Otherwise, we are sorry that the electricity went out, but it is quite common knowledge that attaching multiple appliances together can happen.
