Treaaron is available for holiday letting all year round and is in the perfect position for those wishing to explore a range of activities golfing, cycling and walking including the fantastic beaches in the area.

Ideally located for convenient access to all the village local amenities with an excellent of choice of places to dine as well as convenience store, petrol station and surf hire shop, takeaways and bakery/deli.

The Harbour of Town of Padstow is within 3 miles with more extensive shopping and dining opportunities and is accessible via Bus from the village or by car. Regular Buses to Newquay and Wadebridge are also a great convenience.

Modern Kitchen - Well equipped with all the necessaries for a self-catering holiday. Integrated dishwasher, Double Range Cooker, Integrated Fridge and Fridge Freezer. kitchen table and four chairs.

Dining Room - Dining room table and 8 Chairs, large sofa and wall-mounted TV. Ideal for both those family mealtimes and as a games room or additional relaxation area

Snug with access via patio door to the rear garden, 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, armchair and wall mounted TV

Bedroom Two: King-size bed dual aspect room with built-in wardrobe, window seat overlooking front elevation, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets

Bedroom Three: 3' Twin beds, window seat overlooking front elevation, with built-in wardrobes and additional storage and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom Four: Queen-size bed (small double), with Velux window offering views across the countryside towards the North Cornish Coast. Fitted storage, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Modern Family Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath with shower attachment. Separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail.

Garden - Front lawned area

Rear Garden - enjoys a quirky seating area with bench and outstanding views to the coast. Patio with table and chairs and lawned garden area. Storage Shed for Surfboards/Bikes

Parking is located to the front of the property for 2/3 Vehicles

PETS - Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement, there is a pet fee charge of £30 per pet per week

Aug 22 - Mr M "We had a fantastic stay at Treaaron, the house was to a high standard internally ,really nice and clean inside and had a cosy atmosphere.
There was everything we could of possibly needed inside. If anything a little more could be made of the outside, we sat at the bench and table area a few times at sunset which was lovely but it was just a little awkward between there and the house for some of our party. All said this is only a minor niggle."

Padstow has a long and ancient maritime history, the harbour being nestled in to the west-side of the Camel Estuary offering protection from the prevailing south-westerly winds. The town boasts a labyrinth of crooked streets sloping down to the harbour where many fine medieval buildings can be found including the 15th century Abbey House on North Quay and the 16th century court house of Sir Walter Raleigh on the South Quay.
The surrounding coastline and countryside has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with fabulous coastal walks along the South west Coast Path

Sailing and Watersports - the local 7 bays have lifeguarded beaches throughout the summer months as well as daily Surf schools. Located in Padstow Town The Camel Estuary is a well established centre for watersports, including sailing and water skiing, boat charters are available from Padstow and craft can be moored in Padstow or launched from the Padstow Harbour Commissioners' Slipway.

Restaurants close by - St Merryn village enjoys various pubs and eateries as well as bakers and deli, grocery shop and takeaways too. Padstow also offers an excellent range of restaurants the Michelin starred restaurant of Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's renowned Seafood Restaurant both within a 5 minute walk; with many other restaurants and public houses offering excellent fare.
