This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four and dog. The house was in a great location, the idiylic town of Newport was a 2 minute walk away where local coffee shops, a mini market and great pubs provided us with everything we needed and Newport Beach was a just a few minutes drive away.
The one criticism of the house was lack of supplies. We arrived at midnight after an 8 hour drive to find there no toilet roll, hand soap or any kitchen supplies, felt a bit stingy.
Otherwise, a wonderful place and well worth a visit

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Check in was super easy and the location stunning with parking and fantastic access to Newport and the coast. The house had ample accommodation for 5 adults staying. Disappointing that although the house had been cleaned (the floors were wet when we arrived at 4pm) it had not been cleaned to a satisfactory standard. All three bedrooms had an item left from previous guests (socks, some moulding goggles in a plastic bag). Bedside tables were dusty, the en-suite floor had a lot of hair/dirt around the edges and the bin had not been emptied. There were a number of broken items (dining chair, bedside lamp and the bbq). Basics such as handsoap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were provided but barely lasted the four nights we stayed. Such a shame as this really is a super house but it didn’t feel particularly well looked after.
Up side down living and set over multi-levels. Three bedrooms. 1 x Lower ground floor king size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC (please take care on the stairs leading to the lower ground floor). 1 x Ground floor double. 1 x Ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Ground floor utility.
