This villa is 10 minutes by car from the city center, Agadir Beach, Souk El Had, Agadir Oufella Cable Car, shops and businesses.
The owner and his wife live on the ground floor of the house, completely independent from the rest of the house for your safety, well-being and maintenance of the property.
Only families, married couples and mixed groups of maximum 12 people are allowed.
Parties are not allowed on the property or music late at night to respect the neighbors and avoid bad behavior and problems.
