Just renovated in 2017, with all furniture brand new, a 57 m² flat with one large bedroom + a living room with a double sofa bed.
Located exactly in front of the Tram Stop, very close to Metro & Bus stops, and also within walking distance to many major attractions (3' walk to the National Museum of Modern Art, 15' walk to the Acropolis Museum), it is ideally located for the traveller who wants to move easily around Athens.
5-star hotels like InterContinental Athenaeum (1' walk) and Athens Ledra Hotel (5' walk) are in our neighborhood.
The apartment has one large bedroom with a queen size bed, a living-room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located on the first floor above ground floor, and it's very sunny and airy with doors and windows on both sides.
2 persons can be accomodated at the queen size bed of the bedroom, and 2 more can be accomodated at the sofa bed of the living room. A baby crib can also be supplied upon request with no extra charge.
