Spacious, fully equipped kitchen/diner with large dining table.
Lovely large ground floor bedroom which has step free access - so is wheelchair friendly too.
Bathroom 1. Private shower room has a large wet-room shower and again is very easy access having wider entrance doors

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
Large and comfortable living area with TV and extra sofa bed if required.

SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom and attached, private balcony.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests have FULL, EXCLUSIVE and PRIVATE use of the whole house and will not be disturbed during their stay.

There is a well stocked tray with kettle, waters, tea, coffee and snacks in the room.
Anything else - please do not hesitate to ask Heather, your host, who aims to make sure you enjoy your stay in her home.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the delightful area of Chesterton with easy access to the river and the centre of Cambridge. Take a delightful river walk into the cetre of town or to one of the many fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby or hop on one of the many buses, bicycles or taxi that swarm the area.

Getting Around:
Wonderfully located close to major bus routes, electric scooters and bicycles to hire are locaetd very close-by.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or events of any kind please. We have very sensitive neighbours. Any noise reports will be swiftly dealt with.

Parties or serious disruption will lead to a formal complaint and prosecution by AirBnB.
