This property does not use VRBO for bookings
VRBO billed me for this property booking but the property managers had no record of my reservation and refused to give me a room. I had tried contacting the property managers multiple times before arrival (through VRBO's portal) for information about checking in and they did not respond. I also tried contacting VRBO several times (through it's "contact us" chat feature) and I never got a response for the issue. Finally, I called the property manager by phone and I was told that they do not use VRBO for bookings and had no record of my payment or reservation. I showed them the receipt of my payment to VRBO but the property manager told me that I needed to resolve the issue with VRBO, because they didn't have a booking for me. It was a frustrating circular chase that left me without a place to stay, after already costing me several hours of lost time and lost money that I paid to VRBO. As of today (5 days later), VRBO has still not resolved the issue.
In the end, I had to use a different property rental service (not VRBO) to make a reservation at a different property. I'm still trying to get my money back from VRBO but I have been unable to talk with a real person at VRBO, and VRBO has asked me to rewrite this review the times. This has been my worst experience with VRBO and makes me unlikely to book with them for any additional future travel.
