We had a lovely and relaxing stay. There were many places to walk or ride a bike. We could also take day trips to Amsterdam, Gouda, Leiden, etc. We also enjoyed walking to a local cheese shop in a nearby dairy farm.

Home away!

Our entire stay was wonderful. Petra was so easy to communicate with, she helped us with all of our needs. The animals were beautiful and it was so peaceful to stay at this home! Highly recommend purchasing the farm fresh eggs as they were delicious!

Great weekend in beautiful surrounding

We spent with three person a very nice long weekend in Alphen. The appartement is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and the terrace is a dream, right on the canal. The location is ideal for cycling or walking an you are quickly in Den Haag, Rotterdam etc. The contact with the landlady was very nice and we will definitely cone back again.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We were met and welcomed. The property was spotless. Alpacas, sheep, horses and other animals froliced in the meadow out our front window. Tulip feilds were close by.

Lovely holiday apartment

Very clean, comfortable and well kept apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen is small but was sufficient for our needs. Beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful outlook over the canal to fields of alpacas, horses, goats and sheep with long distance views of ships on canals. Very accessible for motorways to visit Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient base

We stayed in a two bedroom cottage. Clean, warm, quite easy to find. Communication with property manager was good. Be aware that not all the appliances you need are in the cottage - there is a shared area where an oven and a washing machine are available. Also as you can see on the map this property is outside of the town so everything is a drive. Overall, a good location if you need to get pretty much anywhere in southwest Netherlands. Schiphol is an easy drive.

Die Lage war für unsere geplanten Ausflüge gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war schön auf der Terrasse den Alpakas zusehen zu können. Ein Sonnen- bzw. Regenschutz wäre schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche war absolut basic. Bei einer Wohnung, die für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist, waren die Töpfe und Auflaufform klein. Keine tiefen Teller. Der sogenannte Ofen befindet sich in einer Art Schuppen und hat seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich. Mehr als eine Pizza zu backen, halte ich für gewagt. Für den aufgerufenen Preis in der Hauptsaison hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Wunderbar

Wir haben sehr ruhige 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Landschaft ist wunderbar. Gleich Wander- und Radwege vorhanden.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Tolle Betten! Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Salatschüssel, Schneebesen oder auch eine Auflaufform wären gut!!

Gepflegtes, hochwertiges Urlaubsquartier in toller Lage

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem Ferienquartier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist gut eingerichtet, die hohe Raumhöhe im Wohn- / Essbereich ist natürlich ein Clou und macht was her. Die Betten waren bequem, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Lage des Quartiers: Man ist einerseits idyllisch abgelegen in der Natur (wobei man die nahe gelegene Landstraße schon deutlich hört), andererseits ist man schnell im Ort Alphen aan den Rijn, in Städten wie Haarlem, Leiden und Amsterdam und auch am Strand. Von uns aus eine klare Empfehlung!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit vielen Tieren

Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön ruhig am Rande von der schönen Stadt Alphen aan den Rijn. Besonders die Alpakas haben uns begeistert. In 30 Minuten Autofahrt kann man sowohl die Städte Amsterdam, Rotterdam und Den Haag, als auch den schönen Strand erreichen. Anders als in der Anzeige angegeben spricht die Vermieterin kein Deutsch. Sie ist sehr nett.

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. It was very clean and comfortable with every modern convenience. The location was amazing. Kids loved being on a farm and seeing all kinds of animals and birds. Lots of trails nearby yet close to the highway for easy access to many cities and towns. Also, lots to do in Alphen a/d Rijn. Ganz schön gelegen am Rande des Groene Hart, in typisch niederländischer Polderlandschaft. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto. Die direkte Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren oder Radfahren ein.

Osterurlaub im Grünen

Eine sehr schöne, moderne, helle und geräumige Ferienwohnung im Grünen. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Viele Tiere rundherum, viele Vögel zum beobachten, Trampolin, Schaukel, alles was Kinder mögen. Gute Lage um die beliebten Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Liegt relativ nahe an der Fernverkehrsstraße und im Anfluggebiet vom Amsterdamer Flughafen (fanden wir aber toll die Flugzeuge zu beobachten ). In der Wohnung hört man davon aber nix. Ein schöner Urlaub, leider ist eine Woche zu wenig Zeit..

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt .Es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und vom Wohnzimmer aus hatte man einen schönen Blick auf Wiesen und Alpakas. Wir haben auch sehr gut geschlafen ,wenngleich die Betten für schwergewichtige Menschen etwas schmal sind ,aber für uns hat das durchaus gereicht. Petra hat uns sehr nett empfangen und hat uns auch Tipps gegeben wenn wir etwas gefragt haben. Schade war für uns nur ,dass wir dank Corona keine Räder in Alpen aan den Rijn mieten konnten.

toller Aufenthalt

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, saubere, gut aufgeteilte und eingerichtete Wohnung, gut bestückte Küche, tolle Terrasse, die halb in den Wasserkanal hineingebaut ist, Tiere (tolle streichelbare Alapkkas) und Trampolin+Schaukel für die Kinder auf gemähter Spielwiese, relative Ruhe an der Sackgasse, schöne Natur, passende Ausflugsziele schon in Alphen selbst und natürlich in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Rundum toll.

Toller, entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren als Familie in einer der drei Ferienwohnungen und sind ganz begeistert von der Ruhe und Idylle gewesen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den nahe gelegenen Städten wie Gouda, Amsterdam oder Den Haag. Rundherum ein toller Urlaub. 👍😀
