If you are looking for a modern, well-equipped home located right by the sea and in walking distance to the beach & shops, then look no further. This lovely apartment, will provide a great base to discover the best places of Crete and at the same time, the ultimate relaxation you crave for! Its highest asset is the amazing sea & sunset views, the shared lawn garden with BBQ , playground, ping pong table and plenty sunloungers. To add the cherry on top, a shared 120sqm pool is a few meters away!



The space



A lovely 45sqm studio, that can host up to 4 guests. As you enter you first get to see an open plan living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can turn into two beds (and host the 3rd and 4th guest) as well as a small but practical kitche with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, glassware, toaster, children's utensils, wine glasses etc.) Glass doors isolate the double bedroom from the living room, providing privacy and making it ideal for families who want to share a studio with their children, yet have their own space. There is also a bathroom with a shower and satellite Smart Tv.



Our studio is fully airconditioned and complimentary Wi-Fi coverage is accessible thorough the accommodation, inside and out.



Furthermore right outside of the entrance of your studio, there is a private area with your own dining table for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner. Climbing a few stairs you will see your own private gazebo with an outside living room and the shared lawn garden with wonderful views.



There is no wonder, why most of our visitors, choose to spend so much time, in the shared lawn garden in front of the property. Various children’s toys, as well as 3 bicycles (2 big & 1 small, only available upon prior request) and your own sunbeds or gazebo set the ideal ground to let it all go and enjoy some unique moments with your loved ones. Family gatherings & al fresco dining by the sea while the kids play safely next to you, will bring everyone closer and create the most amazing memories.



Guests have also access to the apartment complex' shared pool just a minute walk from the house, with dimensions: 20mX7m ,depth: 1.4 meters with a shallow 3X4 m compartment 0.4 meters deep, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 11.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.



Panormo village is in walking distance from the apartment (about 10 min walking, 850m) There you will find penty of local taverns with tasty food, some small coffee shops/bars, pharmacy, and a few shops and mini markets to get the essential. Adittionaly, Panormo is frequently connected with public buses to Rethymno city (every 30 min during summer season), Heraklion city (every 1hour/45 min dependig on the season) so you can easily access various interesting places without the need to rent a car.

In case however you prefer to be more flexible, renting a car is highly advisable and we will be happy to help you on this matter!
