Come enjoy this two bedroom one bath property minutes away from Playa Lagarto. An hour and 30 minutes away from Liberia Airport; 40 minutes from Tamarindo and 20 minutes from Marbella. This beach villa is in a secured gated community situated in a private area with spectacular ocean view. Come relax in the pool with a refreshing drink, or enjoy a hiking while explore nature throughout the resort. Property includes hydro, electricity, internet, and washer/dryer. Accepting short term and long term renters. For rentals longer than one week, please contact Wes to discuss discount price. 1-647-388-2895.

Please note: A vehicle is necessary due to proximity to amenities.
Additional information: A reserve water tank was installed in April 2023.
Pool is cleaned daily by an experienced pool maintenance employee from the resort.
