Schönes Apartment in ruhigem Viertel

Das Apartment ist in einem gepflegten Haus an einem ruhigen, gepflegten Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt: nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig im einem Bereich, in dem wenig Touristen sind. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sauber, geräumig, modern und voll ausgestattet. Eine klare Empfehlung!

My first attempt for booking was difficult and cancelled. My second try was succesful but as the time for my trip approached I got contacted by 4 different people, one of them quite aggressive. Seemed desorganized and hurried. The apartment itself is good but the washing machine does not work as neither does the stove extractor. It was clean but do not use the decorative pillows because they seem to have bed bugs. The area is good although nousy at night and the building is crooked (as many in venecia I would think).
