This delightful apartment with a view of the Grand Canal is located on the third floor with an elevator in a building opposite the Railway Station.
With its strategic location, it is an excellent starting point for exploring the city as it is near many vaporetto stops that will take you to St. Mark's Square, Rialto, the Lido, or directly to the airport. It is also great for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges) and from Santa Lucia train station (just one bridge). The Santa Croce Sestiere area is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars.
This finely furnished accommodation consists of a bright living room with a dining table, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine.
Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment.
At check-in, the tourist tax will be charged, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
