The location is central and enviable.
The entrance looks like a typical Venetian entrance, with a scale of Istrian stone.
The apartment consists of a large entrance, two double bedrooms (with possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double bed for each room), two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with dining room and a large living room with a sofa bed for any two other guests. It is equipped with air conditioning.
The view from the living room is a typical view of a Venetian canal with the passage of gondolas and boats typical of the lagoon.
The apartment has recently been carefully restored and the ceiling beams, as well as the marble floor 'terrazzo veneziano', give this home a touch of sophistication and elegance.

LATE CHECK-IN: Only for arrivals at the apartment after 20:00, the additional cost is € 40,00; for arrivals after 23:00, the additional cost is € 50,00; for arrivals after 01:00, the additional cost is € 70,00.
