Apartment in the heart of the Historic Centre with a view of the Rialto Bridge staircase and 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, located in the most exclusive area of Venice. The apartment is on the fourth floor and consists of: living area with sofa bed and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 7 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Property is very central and close to Rialto bridge. Spacious and clean. One of the showers was not very powerful and the wifi didn’t always work but other than that we had a great stay.

This place was a great help in making our Venice trip enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to come and go. The space was spacious, and the elevator was a big help when carrying our luggage up. Although the floor was slightly slanted on one side, it didn’t cause any major inconvenience. It was immaculate and nice. Thank you.

Great Location!

Easy walk from Water Bus from Rialto. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square. Comfortable and fit our family if 5 perfectly. It’s Venice, so floors are slanted so added to the charm. Enough amenities. Took suggestions from binder they provided. Great stay!

Très bel appartement spacieux , propre confortable et bien décoré avec vue sur le Rialto.La proximité des commerces( marché et supermarché) est appréciable.Tous les quartiers, même les plus excentrés sont accessibles à pied.L ‘agence s’efforce de régler les problèmes rapidement ( ascenseur en panne)Quelques points ( des détails!) à améliorer..il faudrait plus de casseroles , de poêles Je recommande vivement cet appartement
