The apartment is on the fourth floor and consists of: living area with sofa bed and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 7 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Location can’t be beat! You can see the Rialto Bridge steps from the window. The apartment is filled with charm and history. Very clean and comfortable, and is well equipped with basic needs. The Nespresso plus pods was most welcome. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

The place was in a great location and good for booking it a month in advance especially since the big art festival was going on. With all of that said, my party and I received lots of bug bites the 2 nights we stayed there. We woke up with lots of red bumps. Something you should know before booking. We reached out to alert the host and received poor communication back considering the situation.

As we've tried to explain several times, these are mosquito bites. Venice is a city built on water, and mosquitoes are plentiful at this time of year. You had repellent and deterrents available in the apartment. Although this problem is due to the city's characteristics and not the accommodation, you gave us a very low rating. It was very difficult to speak with you.

Venice getaway

Property is very central and close to Rialto bridge. Spacious and clean. One of the showers was not very powerful and the wifi didn’t always work but other than that we had a great stay.

This place was a great help in making our Venice trip enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to come and go. The space was spacious, and the elevator was a big help when carrying our luggage up. Although the floor was slightly slanted on one side, it didn’t cause any major inconvenience. It was immaculate and nice. Thank you.

Great Location!

Easy walk from Water Bus from Rialto. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square. Comfortable and fit our family if 5 perfectly. It’s Venice, so floors are slanted so added to the charm. Enough amenities. Took suggestions from binder they provided. Great stay!
