Apartment with magnificent view of the "Rio di Santa Maria Maggiore" consisting of a complete kitchen with dining table, living room with single sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), one bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. Venetian flooring, air conditioning, dishwasher, high-level furnishings. Extra bed available upon request (sofa bed). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Very nice large place that was spotless and wonderfully located. Only issue was washing machine left clothes soaking wet—spin cycle didn’t work repeatedly—leaving clothes to take 2 days to dry. But apartment, locations and amenities were great.

Apartment was good size, clean, and only 8 minute walk from the bus station. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Spacious and easy access

Very nice, big rooms, fast wifi, 15min walk from trainstaion and 10min walk to taxis to airport. Check in was very easy! Water taxi picks up 1min walk. Grocery store the Prix 1 min walk, with great prices! We will most defiantly stay here again. Eat at new restaurant 6min walk- Grecia and Oriente, one of the best meals we had on our last night.

Nice apartment in a good area. Unfortunately, the washing machine didn’t work during our stay, we were counting on it since we were traveling around Italy with just enough clothes. One thing to mention would be to leave some essential cleaning and personal care things for a couple of days.

The area was 10 min to Piazzale Roma. Saint Lucia and the public water taxi… much u can take to st marks… or walk in 15 minutes to Rialto!!!! Very relaxing and comfortable for spreading out, for 4-6 people!!!

Very hard to locate the apartment with Google maps or Waze. Had to call manager for step by step directions. There was no mention of 3 flights of stairs to climb for entry to the apartment. No elevator. The main bedroom has a step up that makes it a little dangerous to enter or exit, especially in the middle of the night for a toilet visit.There are 118 bridges in Venice, so be mindful of alot to steps wherever you go.
