Thoughtful and unique place to stay while visiting a special place. Just my wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. Nice location very close to San Marco. Several restaurants off the beaten path. Be prepared for 78 steps to the flat. But you have to earn the view. I would not recommend this place if you have yong children due to the railing and trip hazards. But I would not recommend Venice for young children so there’s that. Great communications with the management team.

Very neat property and space, excellent location! Plenty of room for a family. The building is under construction, so it does look a little sketchy getting to the apartment, but was not a problem. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Proximity to everything was tremendous. Close to delicious restaurants and cafes. Giulio was a fantastic support even assisting us with private transport at the end of our stay. We loved our time here.

Amazing location. Very close to St. Mark's Basilica. Great restaurants were just steps away. The host gave excellent travel instructions and even arranged a taxi service for our very early flight home! The apartment was perfect for my family of 4.

Great location in the middle of everything.

We had a great stay in the penthouse - with a wonderful view of the tower. It was a nice place to get away from the crowns and heat but close to St Marks and lots of restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous Building & Apartment

Quiet gem in a stunning city

We had a most pleasant stay at Edward’s property. The apartment itself is so unique and comfortable, the location is central and the apartment has all the amenities one might need for a short or extended stay. Many food recommendations were provided by the host which was an added bonus.

Fabulous place

The apartment is gorgeous convenient and comfortable! The location cannot be beat- down a quiet Calle but near st Marco the host has provided helpful tips for eating well and a well stocked kitchen for staying in. The beds were comfortable, the heat and ac worked well, having 2 bathrooms was perfect! We’d definitely go back!

Our family of 4 (including a 13 and 9 year old) enjoyed this apartment. It was in a great location and was everything we needed for our stay in Venice. Owner was very helpful, including in arranging transport to and from. Recommended!

Venice Gem

The apartment location is ideal. It's a short walk from Piazza San Marco. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easy to manage. The place is very clean, and the pictures are accurate. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Beautiful atypical loft ! Very near San Marco. Great view on campanile 😉 No regrets.
