Location was great and Paolo responded quickly. Initially had an issue either accessing property but that was us and not due to Paolo. Only complaint would be the wifi;not a strong signal. Had to leave apt often to use map app. And the mosquitoes but nothing that can be controlled.
Our host Paolo was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. We had such a lovely stay in this perfectly located cozy home in Venice. Highly recommended for a romantic holiday with your loved one.
Easy to reach from the vapporeto stop, as was directed by Mr Paolo which the communication between client and owner was excellent. Thank you for letting us stay stayed at your place.
The stay was amazing. Paolo was extremely helpful and communicative. Flat was clean and extremely accessible to some of the best restaurants. Would definitely recommend to other potential tenants in the future.
This was a very homely and comfortable property on a super quiet canal, but only moments from public transport (vaporetto) and fabulous cafes and restaurants in Cannaregio. It is a pleasant walk or boat ride away from all of the tourist sights, but benefits from a location that feels a bit more authentic. The local canal side fishmarket, just a couple of minutes walk away is fabulous and it is a pleasant walk to Despar supermarket in a converted theatre for daily essentials. We would love to return to Venice again and would certainly like to stay at Nati’s house next time!
Good location for the transport links into Venice and a nice walk into the main areas of Venice. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of instructions about being quiet and respecting neighbours but one neighbour left their TV on loud all night and all morning affecting sleep. Would also benefit with some tea and coffee making facilities and at this money I would expect some shower toiletries.
We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was very quiet and full of character. We spent so much time just sitting on the balcony because of the incredible view!
My boyfriend and I had the best time. It’s such a great property and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is in a good location in canareggio, a quiet neighbourhood yet close to local restaurants and a vaporetto stop. However, it was disappointing in that the WiFi was extremely poor even after rebooting a number of times, there was no kettle to boil water so you need to boil water in a pot on the stove. It was extremely hot and stifling even with the use of fans and even though there was an indication aircon would be installed for this summer this was not the case. Perhaps September or October would be a better time to visit. Cultlery drawers, pots etc were somewhat disorganized and overall it had a general unloved feeling
Nice apartment for our short stay, quiet, lovely view of the canal, firm mattress and pillows, well supplied kitchen, good location to be close to train station, vaporetto, restaurants and shops.
Apartment was clean and in a great location15 minute walk to the train station and away from the noisy touristy areas. Very quiet and lovely place to stay but still convenient to any of the attractions you would like to see.
Wonderful location near the drop off from the airport. Plenty of space for 2 people and very clean and quiet. We loved walking every where. I would recommend this location. Picture is taken from the small balcony in the evening.
Nati’s House was exactly as advertised and in the absolute perfect location. We always try and seek out the most authentic, local and quieter areas when traveling in Italy and this spot in the Cannaregio neighborhood was just what we needed. Paulo provided perfectly detailed check in instructions and answered all of my questions about. He also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants off the beaten path and a detailed map of other points of interest. The apartment is small but the bedroom is spacious and the balcony overlooking the quiet canal is perfect for morning coffee and evening after-dinner drinks. Overall a great location and value for the money, and fantastic location if you are looking to escape the crowds of San Marco.
Paolo was a great host. He accommodated an early arrival and always responded quickly to our questions before we arrived. The location is an excellent place to start exploring Venice, in a quiet neighborhood but close to most major points of interest. Also easy to get to from the water bus
