About this property
Classic style apartment by Wonderful Italy
Cozy apartment a few steps away from the university area of Bologna, in a neighborhood full of bars and restaurants.
The apartment, accessible by climbing a few steps, opens onto the bright living area that features a dining table and an open kitchen complete with all cooking accessories, including an oven and a kettle. Going on, guests can access the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a desk and a TV set on a cabinet. The room, due to the presence of a door separating it from the rest of the rooms, is a good solution to have more intimacy in using the sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, a large closet and two nightstands with two lamps. A modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine completes the layout.
Guests will enjoy independent heating for colder days and free wi-fi.
Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
The central station is around 10 minutes by car from the apartment while the airport is a 15-minute drive away.
