Recently renovated, stylish and spacious family home
Recently renovated, stylish & spacious (>200m2) family home near Duinenwater Knokke. The house is located in a quiet street. There are 2 free parking spaces, 1 in the garage & 1 in the driveway.
10 min by bike to the beach. Only 2 min from the Lippenslaan. A bakery (HENRY), the AH and Carrefour just around the corner. Just like restaurant De Zes Bochten with indoor & outdoor playground & Lake Side Paradise. The house is spacious with 4 floors and more then 200m2.
The ground floor consists of a very spacious garage 50m2 with space for 2 cars and a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack, that provides access to the garden.
On the first floor there is a spacious hall with cloakroom and toilet. The hall then gives access to the cozy living room with sitting area with television and large dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, SMEG induction hob with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge and freezer. From the lounge there are sliding doors to the large sun terrace (20m2) and stairs to the garden (30m2) below.
On the second level there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 room with two bunk beds and 1 room with a king-size bed (180 X 200 CM). The bathroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower, toilet, double sink and a towel radiator.
On the third level is the 4th bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, and the bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink.
There is fast wifi and a flat screen television.
The house has been professionally cleaned. There are no bath towels and bath mats available. All beds have a duvet in size 150 x 200, a pillow 50 x 60 cm and a molton to protect the mattress. You must bring your own fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
