Here, one sits with a cocktail and a good book while the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.
Surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and 1 outdoor shower, the 24m2 private pool with a depth between 1.4 x 2 meters is the true protagonist of this estate. The 30 m2 furnished porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decoration elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior. On the plot there are 2 buildings, the main one and the annex.
The porch gives access to the main house of 133 m2 and to the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher and much more.
