About this property

Cosy studio with balcony close to the historical center, free parking and wifi.

The studio has a bedroom with a queen size double bed, large wardrobe, baby bed, a 55 inch smart TV with netflux, small desk and chair, radio, CD player, books and a balcony.
In the spacious kitchen a large Miele dishwasher, Miele stove and oven, Miele refrigerator, filter coffee mashine, Nespresso machine, toaster , plenty of dishes, a sitting sofa and a wardrobe. In the bathroom a shower, sink and WC. In the balcony a table with 2 chairs and an awning.
All our 3 apartments are located in a small house in a quiet neighborhood, at most 15 walking minutes from the historical center. Each apartment has a private parking place in the yard, wifi, a 55 inch smart TV with Netflx, a well equipped kitchen, queen size beds, a safe deposit box and a baby cot and baby high chair. Common to the 3 apartments is a washing room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble drier, for use of our guests. In the little garden in the back you will find an open hut for bikes, in case you decide to rent one.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking only on the balcony or in the garden.
You will find a folder on the table with a list of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by , on the way to the center and in the center.
You'll find several restaurants in the neighbourhood, at a walking distance of 2 to 10 minutes, also 2 supermarkets at most 10 minutes walking distance and a bakery about 5 walking minutes from the apartments.
Bus number 27, at about 3-4 minutes walking distance in Ganshofstrasse takes you to the center. Bus number 1 on Maxglaner Hauptstrasse , about 5 walking minutes away, also takes you to the center .Bus number 2, about 5-6 minutes walking distance on Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse will take you to the airport.
Check in time: If there are guests leaving on the same day, check in time is 15 o'clock. It is possible to deposit your luggage to the apartment from about 10:30 o'clock.
If there are no guests leaving on the day you arrive, you can check in anytime .

Great ptoperty

The property was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. The checkin process was flawless. It was very good to have parking available on site. The property was about a 20 minute walk from old town Salzburg which was a great way to start your day. You see more of the city walking through it. All in all the stay met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Convenient location for a stay in Salzburg

Apartment very clean. Bed comfortable and good shower. Everything needed for a self catering stay. Dishwasher & oven in apartment. Laundry room available. Safe parking. Fresh towels provided during our stay. Fan available for hot weather. 10 mins walk to Spar grocery store. About 20 mins walk to Salzburg town.

Very nice small apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Not far from old town. Short walk to many buses or little longer walk through tunnel to old town. The shower is a bit small for large people, but was fine for us. Ruth left many instructions and suggestions for Eating and connections.

Mal wieder in Salzburg

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in Ruths Apartment. Es war wie immer wundervoll. Sehr bequemes Bett, in der Küche alles, was man braucht. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und zu anderen Highlights wie Hellbrunn, dem Zoo oder dem Untersberg kommt man super mit dem Bus. Das Weinstöckl um die Ecke war auch wieder ein Muss :)

Stay in Salzburg

My wife an I stayed in this apartment during our visit to Salzburg. It is located just outside the old town, within walking distance. The property was well kept and had ample parking for us. The host was also quite helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

This was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Fully equipped, including a safe. Very clean , bright & updated. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. I would give this a 5 . It is an easy walk into the old city.

Christmas in Salzburg

Ruth’s apartment is conveniently situated in a quiet residential street within walking distance of the city centre and various attractions. The apartment is comfortably appointed, warm with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with Ruth was easy with rapid responses. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful

We chose Salzburg as the place to stay for easy access the the Konigsee and Berchtesgaden National Park. Our stay was very enjoyable and met our expectations. Our apartment was in a residential area with access to local food and other services and a comfortable walk away from Salzburg’s beautiful old city. Our host was helpful in providing lots of information to facilitate check-in and guide our stay. Highly recommend the pizza at nearby Ristorante Roma. We had a good time.

Ruth was fantastic to deal with even though she was away at the time.. the location was easy to get transport.. we had our own car but the bus was easier...couple great places to eat nearby.. all amenities were available ..overall it was a great stay

Great stay in a comfortable apartment that was conveniently located

I stayed in this apartment for 2 days while my partner and I visited Salzburg and it’s Christmas markets in December 2022. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, very comfortable, and easy to find. The washer and dryer available on site were also great. The owner, Ruth, was very helpful with all of the information she provided us, including about how to easily get to town and to the nearest markets and bakery (thanks for the great map!), and was responsive to all of our questions and needs. She even arranged a taxi for us on our last day! The location of the apartment is quiet, slightly outside town and very near bakeries, several good grocery stores, etc., as well as an easy and pleasant walk to public transportation. It’s a straight shot on the bus to downtown Salzburg (or anywhere else you want), and public transportation is very easy to take here. It’s also quite close and easily accessible from the train station. All-in-all, we had a nice time in this lovely apartment and I would highly recommend staying her, and would do so again in the future. Thank you Ruth!

Für einen Kurzurlaub ideal! Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns willkommen hieß. In der Wohnung bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein schöne Wiederkehr

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und wie beim ersten mal schätzten wir die Sauberkeit und gute Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht in Bad, Küche und Schlafbereich sowie die ruhige und gleichzeitig gut angebundene, zentrale Lage. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons occupé l’appartement en rez-de-chaussée qui dispose d’une terrasse bien agréable. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Le quartier, un peu à l’écart du centre ville (1/2 heure à pied) est néanmoins très agréable et calme. Supermarché à proximité. Les indications pour arriver étaient très claires et très complètes.

Kurzurlaub in Salzburg

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation und check in waren unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhige Wohngegend für angenehme Nachtruhe und ca. 15min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Buslinien zum hbf, Flughafen und in die Innenstadt gibts in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Beim nächsten Salzburgaufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder!
