Charming, newly renovated Nordic-style holiday home with swimming pool, sauna, and spa, located in the scenic and peaceful surroundings of Råbjerg/Bunken. The holiday home is close to the child-friendly beach at Ålbæk, where the water is shallow and the waves are gentle. The house is spacious and very child-friendly, surrounded by beautiful nature. Every detail has been taken care of, and it is bright and simply furnished with a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the charming living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, where there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy games, smart TV with integrated satellite dish and Chromecast in the large corner sofa. There are 5 good bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a cozy alcove, one with 2 bunk beds and a double pull-out bed, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, and two bathrooms. The pool room has a swimming pool, a two-person spa bath, a combined washer/dryer, and a lounge for creating a good atmosphere and enjoying yourself. A modern air/water heat pump and low-energy pump for the pool ensure sensible use of energy and minimize costs, as does a combined washer/dryer. This house boasts magnificent natural grounds and, not least, very large terraces that partially surround the house. You have every opportunity to stay at the house and can always move around according to the wind and weather on the very large and beautiful grounds. Access to a lovely, covered terrace directly from the living room of the house. Parking space on the property. Guests must bring their own firewood. Not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
