Villa Mare & Villa Sabbia combine luxurious accommodation with a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea. Villa Mare & Villa Sabbia are two quite similar holiday homes, which measure 120 sq.m. each and are located right on the beach of Psarou in the northeastern coast of Zakynthos Island. Each villa features three bedrooms and a private swimming pool, and can sleep up to 6 guests. The villas can be rented separately or together.
Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double one, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor features two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each. These bedrooms share a common veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool.
The outdoor spaces feature a private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols and BBQ. The two swimming pools are separated by a fence, so that the guests’ privacy is ensured!
