The living/dining room is furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa bed, and a dining table for six. It is also generously lit, perfect for hosting small get-togethers or sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second with twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and each one of them has a balcony with amazing views. Complimentary linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.

A dressing room is available and comes with a Tagus view balcony.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

From here you can easily visit the city's most famous attractions, including the Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, MAAT, and Centro Cultural de Belém. Take a stroll down the district's narrow streets and enjoy the beautiful architecture and stunning views. Be sure to visit the Museu de Marinha, which tells the story of Portugal's maritime heritage.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Uber is also available.
Trafaria Ferry Terminal is just 5 minutes away from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
