Welcome to my house!
The property has a private fence with high walls surrounding the courtyard and a small terrace for guests to bask in the warm sun. The house is three into two levels, with most amenities on the ground floor; you'll find an airy living area with comfortable couches and a TV to keep yourself entertained. A well-equipped kitchen with a family-size dining table and washing machine is available.
On the second level, you'll find two bedrooms fitted with double beds, private work desks and a small balcony. The third level is where the main suite is located with a private bathroom, double bed and a baby cot provided. All beds are lined with high-quality linens that can rival a luxury hotel.
Apart from the ensuite bathroom, the home has an additional shared bathroom. All of which have toiletries and clean towels provided.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Quinta do Conde is a charming suburban area in the Setubal district of Portugal, about 25 km south of Lisbon. It is a peaceful and relaxed area that offers a mix of modern conveniences and a traditional Portuguese lifestyle. Quinta do Conde is popular with families and retirees who appreciate its tranquil atmosphere, natural surroundings, and proximity to the beach. The best time to visit is during the summer when the weather is warm and sunny. Visitors can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and water sports and explore local landmarks such as the Arrabida Natural Park and the Palmela Castle.
Quinta do Conde can be easily accessed from Lisbon by car (about 30 minutes) or train (about 40 minutes).
Quinta do Conde is a relatively small area easily navigable by car or on foot. A local bus service also connects the main residential areas with nearby towns and attractions. The nearest train station is in the nearby village of Coina, which provides regular services to Lisbon and other destinations. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available in the area, providing a convenient way to get around. Quinta do Conde has located approximately 35 km from Lisbon's Portela Airport, which can be reached by car in about 40 minutes or by public transport in about one hour.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
