Great Location

This was a lovely place and very close to the sea! It was nice and quiet and we could easily access the more touristy areas. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it! Well appointed and had all we needed!

Amazing stay for families

I went to Caparica with my family and we just love this apartment. Cozy and with everything that you need to be relax. Helena was a great host and she let us know every time that in case that we needed something we can count on her.

Wonderful Host

Helena was a wonderful host! Caring, available and accommodating to our needs travelling with a toddler. Apartment was great proximity to the beach, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

Clean, super location, really cosy

We stayed one week in the apartment and we had a very nice holiday. Helena and her husband are super friendly and the house has a perfect location. We were 2 adults and 3 children and that was fine. We would definitely like to come back. /Mads (from Denmark)

Portugal Experience

We stayed in Helena's lovely apartment for eleven days and it was very nice. It was centrally located for all of the exploring we planned to do. Helena was gone for a few days in the beginning, but once she returned she checked in with us several times to make sure we had no questions or issues. We loved our time in beautiful Portugal and would recommend Helena's aoartment as a good base.

ANOTHER WONDERFUL STAY!

As our previous stay, everything was perfect! You really cannot ask for better owners. Helena and Carlos are two of the nicest people you will meet and very helpful. We stayed with another couple (so there were 4 of us), once again for a month. The apartment is just as described and pictured, it is very comfortable. The location is perfect, walk to the beach and town. It has everything you need right at your finger tips. I really can't say enough nice things about it. I highly recommend it for your next holiday in Portugal. Remember, staying here you are just a beautiful ferry ride away from Lisbon and all of it's splendor. But it's nice to go back to the beach at the end of your day...

Perfect getaway!

We stayed in this beautiful, clean and well-appointed apartment for the whole month of September. The apartment is very well situated and a very short walk to the beach and all of the little restaurants and cafes that line the beach. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, groceries and such in town. If you want to go into Lisbon you can take a short ferry ride. The ride in itself is beautiful with spectacular views of Lisbon. Lisbon has something for everyone and is a beautiful city. We were 2 couples staying here for the month and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee on the terrace every morning, having your own little outdoor space really makes a difference. The apartment has everything you need and it’s a great value. Perfect for everyone! Carlos and Lena were extremely friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our return!

Helenas flat is very neat and well equipped!!!

Hey guys, if you are looking for a very nice, good situated and good value flat then you make a good choice with this accommodation. The flat has everything you need! For us it was very comfortable that even an umbrella for the beach, salt, pepper, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash etc. was already existing. So we didn't have to buy every little thing and if you travel with small luggage it is great to have those things already available. For some groceries you have a little supermarket just around the corner (5 minute walk) and the beach is pretty close as well. If you plan to go on a trip to Lissabon you will find the bus station directly behind the house. The bus drives all the way to the city and you don't have to change the bus. It takes you about 30 minutes to get there - depending on the traffic - one way cost about Euro 3,30. Helena is a very friendly person and helps out every time if you need her. They have a little pool in the backyard and offers us to use the pool as well. There are just two little little little things I would like to mention. The bed was a little bit to hard for us but we used the blankets from the other bedroom to lay on ;-). The other point ist, that the flat is situated on a bigger street so it might be sometimes noisy. This wasn't so annoying to us because we were out all day and for the nights we had some earplugs. For us these two thing weren't really mentionable but maybe other people are more sensible. For us it was important that the flat is close to the beach, equipped with a washing machine, a balcony, a good price ;-) and a good connection to get to Lissabon. Besides the flat is very clean and set up with bright colours and neat furnishings. Thank you very much for a great vacation. Greetings from Hamburg Svenja & Martin 06.06. - 16.06.17

Excellent accueil. Maison très bien située, propre, confortable et meublée avec goût. Cette demeure est aussi spacieuse, lumineuse et aérée. Belles plages à 10 mn à pied. Arrêts de bus juste derrière la maison. Nous recommandons cette location avec une propriétaire très agréable, polyglotte et à l'écoute. Une belle découverte du Portugal !

Un havre de paix proche de la plage et des transports

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans l'appartement qui est très bien situé. Héléna était là pour nous accueillit à notre arrivée et nous nous sentions comme à la maison grâce aux attentions de Hélèna. Une épicerie Auchan à 5 mn de marche, la plage à 10 mn de marche et le choix ne manque pas pour se rendre à Lisbonne : autobus, ferry, taxis. Le logement est très propre, décoré avec goût et calme. Il ne manque pas de place de parking en face. Tout était parfait.

Como a casa de minha avó

Imagine-se voltando para visitar sua avó após anos longe de casa. Pois foi assim minha experiência nessa apraziíel e aconchegante casa de veraneio. Limpeza impecável, todos os utensílios necessários para um estadia confortavel sempre a mão. No quintal, ervas armáticas plantadas com todo o carinho que sá uma avó sabe fazer com primasia!. A comunicacao sempre fluida e nossa host sempre disponivel para nos suportar.Nas redondezas grande variedade de mini mercados, restaurantes e sorveterias. Tudo muito acessível, além das prais nos arredores belíssimas contando com escolas de surf para quem gosta.Simplemente amei!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Team haben sich prima um uns gekümmert. Wir durften sogar den Pool nutzen, obwohl er eigentlich zu der unteren Wohnung gehört. Die gut ausgestattetete Küche hat eine Spülmaschine. Einzig die laute Straße war störend beim draußen sitzen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Sauberkeit und Datenschutz

In Freiwohnung befindet man kein einzelne sauber Glass oder Geschirr, wir haben Spülmittel gekauft und müssten selber vor benutz spülen. beim warmes Wasser erst tag kein warmes Wasser bis repariert wird(Nicht vorbereitet) das Haus richt wie man in eine Hütte ist. und Kalt. ich wurde auf keinem fall vor Mail einbuchen. im Wohnung habe ich einem Tag vor abreise zwei Kamera gefunden die eine in Wohnzimmer und andere in Flur wo die beide Schlafzimmer statt findet, keine jetzt ist verantwortlich ich habe jetzt mein Rechtsanwalt startet

Localização excelente

Tivemos momentos muito bons ao se hospedar nesta vivenda. As fotos do anúncio são fiéis ao que encontramos quando chegamos e a nossa anfitriã foi muito atenciosa. A localização na costa da caparica é excelente, perto da praia, de todo tipo de comércio, de ponto de ônibus caso precise se deslocar para outros locais e a apenas 30 minutos do centro de lisboa. Recomendo com certeza!

Bon endroit mais manque d'authenticité

Endroit bien placé car sur la côte portugaise à 2 pas de Lisbonne. Cependant, beaucoup d'immeubles et de rues sales a proximité, ce qui ne reflète pas vraiment la mentalité portugaise. Population trop cosmopolite a mon goût. Le logement est propre et parfait, dommage qu'il soit situé sur un grand boulevard où la circulation est tres bruyante.
