This was our very first reservation of 2025. We were beyond disappointed when we went to prepare the apartment and realised that the apartment next door was undergoing a renovation that would made the stay of our Guest very uncomfortable. We were never given any information of this renovation by its owner or the building condominium. We take great care in providing our Guests with the best accommodation and experience, which can be attested by the consecutive excellent reviews and Superhost status we have been awarded since we started in 2017. Therefore, we chose to immediately inform Mirja and advised her to arrange for a suitable accommodation, as the perfect conditions were not gathered for her to have the best experience. After this, we immediately cancelled the reservation and provided full refund to Mirja. We hope to have the opportunity to host Mirja in the future and provide her the experience that led her to reserve our apartment in the first place. We are sure Mirja will love it!

Dear Daniele, thank you for your comments. As you can confirm in our messages, on the 4th of April, the same day of your booking request, we answered you: "Hi Daniele, Thank you for your interest in our cosy apartment! We confirm that the apartment is available for the requested dates. Please be informed that, from May 2023 to October 2023, will occur building renovations, interior and exterior of the building. This will not affect our apartment, but will likely cause noises from 8 am to 6 pm and some dirt and dust in the building. These works may affect the use of the swimming pool (this has not been confirmed yet). Please let us know if you confirm the interest in reserving the apartment." And your answer was: "Yes we are still interested to rent the apartment from July 18 to July 27 2023." So, we do not undersatand your comment because we did inform you about the possibility of the swimming pool be closed and you accepted this. Please verify this and, if possible, correct your comment.
