Since the chalet is right in the centre of the skiing region, the piste of Les Houches is just 50 m from the house and the first ski lift is only 70 m away. You may take the cable car to the top of de Aguille du midi, up to 3842 m. At the top, you'll find a bridge with a glass floor that allows you to look straight down. You can also explore Chamonix (7 km) for a day of shopping.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. A tumble dryer and washing machine are also available. You can access entertainment facilities including TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo unit.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 97,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
