This rural farmhouse in Vinci is surrounded by stunning vineyards and olive groves. Ideal for a couple looking forward to some privacy, it features a shared swimming pool and a shared garden for a complete holiday experience. A tennis court just 1 km away is perfect for tennis lovers. You can visit the nearest town centre just 2 km away, where you will find many facilities, restaurants and supermarkets. Forest is 5 km away, where you can go to spend a day full of activities. The interiors of this one room-apartment are authentic and have a rural charm. Apart from an open kitchen, there is a living cum dining room with double bed and childrenÂ's bed (for a small fee) in the basement. There is a barbecue available, which can be enjoyed in furnished and shared garden. Public transport can be availed at 12 km. Pisa Airport is at 58 km. Check in is available from 4 - 6 PM and check out between 9 - 10 AM.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, das ist nicht das Problem. Warum wir eine sehr niedrige Punktzahl vergeben: Egal wie freundlich sie sind, sie haben oder nehmen sich nicht die Zeit für Wartung und Reinigung. Es gibt viele Sonnenliegen am Pool, nur 1 ist intakt. Den Pool reinigen wir selbst, sonst schwimmen Sie zwischen vielen toten Insekten.In der Wohnung: Die Duschtür kann nur mit 2 Personen geschlossen werden. Sehr mäßig gereinigt (viele Spinnweben) und die Dunstabzugshaube nimmt den Kuchen: wohl solange sie hängt (mehr als 20 Jahre?) Niemals gereinigt.

Diese Bewertung ist nicht über die Wohnung im „Keller“. Bei der Ankunft waren wir in der Tat zu einer größeren Wohnung übertragen, weil es nicht vermietet wurde. Der zusätzliche Platz war ein Baby 5 Monate sehr schön, Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock war ohne es Klimaanlage war sehr heiß (gekühlt ‚Nacht auf blieb so 32 Grad) .die Besitzer sprechen gut Englisch und sind regelmäßig nahmen an der Rezeption Fragen zu beantworten. Wohnung ist dekoriert Hut und Swimmingpool ist groß! wir verpasst haben herausstellte, war keine Terrasse oder einen Balkon in der Wohnung. gibt es einen schönen Garten, aber wenn es dunkel wird und das Baby im Bett wird Sie nicht zitten.er viele Mücken sind, Moskitonetze an den Fenstern arbeiten nur so mäßig, dass Ihre Anti-Mücken-Spray, mit Ihnen Basis hebt.mooie die Gegend zu erkunden, haben wir fünf Tage und fanden diese genug .

Wir waren von der Mutter des Besitzers begrüßt wurden (Gioconda), dass s „sprach Französisch (a + für Menschen, die Schwierigkeiten in Italienisch haben). Durch Weinberge umgeben“ Oliven- und natürlich Zypressen außerhalb der Stadt Vinci ideal für Ruhe nach einem Sightseeing-Tag. Die „Unterkunft war auf zehn Kilometer von“ EMPOLI, so hielten wir das Auto in der Station Parkplatz für den Tag und dann der Zug nach „FLORENZ (Ankunft am Hauptbahnhof) und von dort aus der Stadt besuchen ohne sich Gedanken über die ZTL und andere Verkehrsprobleme, dito für den Besuch von PISE.Un kleinen Nachteil, wir aber don ‚haben den Pool letztere n„nicht in der Lage zu genießen, ist nicht betriebsbereit (cleaner nach unten und repariert zwei Tage vor Schaden unserer Abreise)
